1. Your free trial

You get a 10-day free trial when you complete signup.

During your trial, we will build your website and aim to make it live so you can see what it looks like and how it works. Your plan will automatically continue after the trial unless you cancel.

This is provided we have received all the information, content, images, access and anything else we reasonably need from you.

Nothing is charged when you start your trial.

After the 10 days, your plan automatically continues at £29.99 per month unless you cancel.

If you cancel during your trial, you pay nothing.

If we are waiting for anything from you, your trial will still continue to run.

2. Your £29.99 plan

Your plan is £29.99 per month with no fixed-term contract.

It includes:

Payments are taken automatically each month until you cancel.

3. Website changes

Normal website changes are included, such as updating text, photos, prices, services or contact details.

Major redesigns, completely new features or additional systems are not included.

If something would cost extra, we’ll always tell you before doing it.

4. Your website and content

We build, host and look after your website as part of your monthly subscription, so you can focus on running your business.

Your business name, logo, photos, videos and any original content you provide always remain yours.

You can use your finished website for your business for as long as your subscription is active.

The design and code we create are included as part of our managed service rather than purchased separately. If you ever want to discuss moving your website to another provider, please get in touch and we’ll happily explain the available options.

Any third-party software or content remains subject to its own terms.

5. Your content

You are responsible for making sure the information you give us is accurate and that you have permission to use any photos, logos or other content you provide.

Please check your website and tell us if anything needs correcting.

6. Your domain

Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for buying and renewing your domain.

We’ll help you connect it to your website.

If you own the domain, it remains yours if you cancel.

We are not responsible if a domain expires because it has not been renewed.

7. Other services

Your website may use services from other companies, such as Stripe, Google, booking systems or other software.

Those services have their own terms and availability, so we cannot be responsible for their outages, changes or charges.

8. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time with no cancellation fee.

You can cancel through your account or by contacting us.

If you have already paid for the month, your website and service will normally continue until the end of that billing period.

Cancellation stops future monthly payments.

Payments already taken are not normally refundable, except where required by law.

When your subscription ends, your website, hosting, maintenance and support will also end.

We may permanently delete the website and its files 30 days after your service ends.

9. Failed payments

If a monthly payment fails, we may retry it.

If payment remains outstanding, we may pause the website until it is resolved.

10. Keeping your website running

We’ll take reasonable care to keep your website secure and available.

No website or online service can be guaranteed to work without interruption at all times.

We are not responsible for problems outside our reasonable control, such as internet, hosting, domain or third-party service outages.

11. Website results

We cannot guarantee specific Google rankings, enquiries, sales or business results from your website.

12. Misuse

We may suspend or end a service for unpaid bills, illegal use, security risks or serious misuse of our service.

Where reasonable, we’ll contact you first so the problem can be resolved.

13. Our responsibility

We’ll provide the service with reasonable care and skill.

Where the law allows, our total responsibility for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us during the previous 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits anything that cannot legally be limited.

14. Changes and permanent price guarantee

We may occasionally update these terms, but no update will change your guaranteed monthly subscription price.

Your £29.99 per month subscription price is guaranteed never to increase. We will not raise this monthly rate at any time or for any reason, including inflation, higher operating costs or changes to our service.

Optional additional services or major work outside your plan will only be charged separately if you agree to the price in advance. These do not change your £29.99 monthly subscription rate.
